Graduate Internship at Continental Tyre Careers

The Graduate- ln-Training (GIT) Programme is a 12 month development programme, GOEs will be rotated amongst the various departments and learn about the sales, manufacturing and business processes GOEs will be assigned various projects to gain first-hand experience of the organisational structures, processes and products offered by Continental.
Each GIT will be assigned a mentor that will offer guidance and support to them throughout the development programme After the 12 month development programme, GIT’s could progress to various talent pools or possibly a fulltime permanent position
Requirements
The Graduate-ln-Training programme s open to all South African citizens The requirements differ each year depending on the business needs.

  •  Matric Certificate
Tertiary Qualification & 70%+ Academic Average (Typically we recruit graduates who possess Diplomas or Degrees within the following disciplines)
